I can't renew my developer program membership and no emails from the support.
I placed the order on the 1st of October. The amount hasn't been charged as for today. (the 13th of October). My membership expires in 4 days. I have written 3 requests to the support on the 6th, 10th of October, and the last one today. No reply except the auto message that states they will contact during 1-2 business days. I am getting very nervous and don't understand what is going on. I have been the developer since 2014 and experienced no issues with the renewal before. I don't know what to do. PS: My bank sees no attempts to charge the money. My card is working since I paid some bills yesterday. I had already used that card to pay for the membership before.
